Solid stay
metro access walking distance hot foods
The location was close to the metro. The Sacré-Cœur Basilica was within walking distance. Multiple cafes were nearby. The room included robes and slippers. Breakfast included pastries, fruit, cheeses, and hot foods.
The fire alarm happened at 5 AM on the morning I had to depart.

The reception staff answered questions I had about the city. They also provided clear instructions regarding local transport and nearby attractions. They were always ready to help when requested and were generally efficient.

cramped room ineffective air conditioning
The room i booked, a superior king room non-smoking, felt quite cramped. it was difficult to move around freely with my luggage. also, the air conditioning was not very effective. I struggled to get the room to a comfortable temperature, even after adjusting the settings multiple times. the street noise was also noticeable at night.

great location comfortable bed hot room bad aircon
The location was GREAT. Staff was friendly. The room had a lot of light. The bed was really comfortable.
The room was hot and i complained to front desk! I was told the owner had turned off the aircon. I only stayed one night. I could not sleep as the room was too hot.

Small room overshadowed the stay
room size limited space
The staff provided great service, always willing to assist with directions and recommendations.
The room felt really cramped (maybe i should have booked a larger one?). I had trouble managing my luggage, and there was barely enough space to move around comfortably. It.
